Electric Ride on Police Bike (Cowbridge CF71)

Electric ride on police bikes, they might need new batteries as previously have been left outside in the rain, but couldn't find the original charger so the one I used didn't work. However it may have been the charger itself being too low a voltage to charge them. They both are without chargers. But when fully working they are electric powered, can be driven forward & reversed, complete with blue flashing light & siren sound.
