UNRIPE apples (Schnecksville)
Lost the top branches of our apple tree in the last storm along with a bunch of apples. Maybe they’ll ripen up if left in a cool place for a week - I don’t know. I ate one-not terrible, just not quite ready. Sauce maybe? Food for pigs?
