Swivel Office chair, short (West of Walmart on Blairsferry)

Black swivel rolling office chair. Only problem is it is stuck in the lowest position, currently 16” off the ground. I bought the lift mechanism to try to fix it myself but gave up. If you think you can fix the problem, the chair and replacement part are yours!
