The couch is fine. I just haven't been able to keep the cover on it with these doggies. They keep taking the couch cover off. No stains, no tears. In good/great condition. I don't think anyone allergic to dogs should take it - there's going to be some dog hair still in/on the couch. You will need to pick up.
Measurements: 78" length, 36" depth & 60" depth for the leg rest. The leg rest fits either left or right side.
