Fix a HP LaserJet P1006 printer? (lower riviera Santa Barbara)

Hi, we used this HP LaserJet P1006 printer without a problem for at least 7 years. It was great. Then it stopped picking up the paper, though the roller keeps spinning away. I can't figure out why it won't pick up the paper and take it on to be printed. Can you fix it and keep it?
