CD player (Cambusbarron FK7)

Marantz CD player. Not used a great deal, BUT it has a problem with CDs jumping. This could just be a dirty laser, or could be more. I am very reluctant to put out electronic items, so this might be good for someone who thinks they could solve the problem.
