Pattio Plants? - HIGGINS

See picture. Big one (was a magic bean plant, also a potted baby's tears & devil's ivy) comes in a plastic bag as keeping the pot. These plants are only suitable for outdoor areas well protected from frost as they have those little flies - fungus gnats in the soil! Tried everything to eradicate & the little flies are annoying, but they dont bite. No outside shelter at our house.
