Umbrella not included. This is from IKEA but will likely fit most patio umbrellas. The grey weights are filled with fine playground sand and come apart in four pieces.
If you are interested, please let me know if you want the base, the weights, the sand filler, or the whole package. Because of the weight I need time to disassemble and carry it all to the street.
