mountain bike (Bonds Cross EX21)

Coyote mountain bike full suspension, 24 gears. Been outside and needs TLC. Handlebars are rusty and it needs a chain. I have a replacement derailleur as the old one snapped, but it needs fitting. The plastic surround on the cogs is snapped.
