9 unopened boxes of pectin (Pembroke Pines)

I have 9 unopened boxes of Sure Jell fruit pectin. The expiration day is January 2023. I don't know anything about canning so I don't know if these are really outdated/expired or if they can still be used. Front porch pick up off of SW 72 Ave in Pembroke Pines
