A metal clothes airer. I reckon it's at least 40 years old: it has served us very well! It's fairly heavy and sturdy -- harder to knock over than the lighter ones common at the moment. We've replaced the stoppers on the feet. Made of magnetic steel. One of the bottom-most cross bars is missing (not much use that low anyway), and there are a few small chips to the paint, but nothing that stops it being useful.
