Avocado Tree (for transplant) (Gardena & Normandie)

We're taking our fence down and need the tree to go. Come dig it up and it's yours. It's currently fruiting and it may be the wrong season for transplanting, but it should survive.

We're not sure what type it is. The avocados are round and taste really good. Seems similar to haas as far as the flesh and rind.

The tree seems healthy and happy. It does tend to get spots on the lower leaves in late summer. Likely some sort of leaf-mites. It doesn't seem to affect the tree and we've never treated for it. You can probably research and treat if you care. Each year, the leaves fall off and then come back fresh and new, so we never worried about it. I took a picture of one of the affected leaves (the worst I could find).
