Power adapter charger for a laptop (Briston NR24)

Hi. I am hoping to find a charger for a laptop please. It can be for any make but needs to be around 19 volts DC and at least 3 amps. Preferably this would be for a Toshiba but I have the connection wire for the socket and will try to adapt any power adapter available. Thanks for reading.
