Older foot bath, not UL plug (north overland park)

Nice foot bath. No idea if it works. Plug is not UL approved so I'm not willing to try it. I would only give it away if someone can repurpose it as a foot soak tub and remove the electric components. I don't want anyone getting hurt by accident.
