New Halloween Witches Hat in Whitchurch 🎃 (Stockwood Ward BS14)

Very pretty, shiny blue spiders on black fabric. New as I bought it for myself, however, although it says 'one size fits most' l wasn't part of the 'most'. So it's unused. Suit child /young person/adult with smaller head. Please say when you can collect - thank you.
