Cuisinart coffee carafe (Silver Spring)

Only used a couple of times, seems to pour in a weird way, spills out of the sides when the top is on and hard to get all the liquid out… but it is brand new & Keeps the coffee VERY hot… seems a shame to throw away, thought someone would use it for something… but it is difficult to use.
