Garden shrubs/bushes/plants (Old birchills WS2 8)

Hello, kindly asking for any unwanted garden shrubs/bushes or plants. If you're planning on splitting or digging up any this winter please keep me in mind. Garden is just dry soil and looking very sad. Worried landlord will be unhappy.
