Extension or 8'+ step ladder (Southern Sunnyvale)

Anyone have an extension ladder or 8'+ step ladder they can donate to a nonprofit? Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition needs a ladder for their office so we can periodically clean off the roof of the building that serves as our current office as well as set up and take down some things from the outside of the building.
