Patriotic signs (Pembroke Pines)

I have four patriotic signs. They're brand new but they've been damaged a little. The lanterns work. When they light up they look like a flame. They use two AAA batteries. The battery covers are missing. Please look at the pictures. From porch pick up off of SW 72nd Ave in Pembroke Pines
