Craftsman Lawnmower (Alberta/Vernon area)

Craftsman gas powered mower, front drive, with collection bag attached. I put gas in it and turned it on, it sputters but didn’t turn over. It has a bit of rust and wear as it’s been sitting outside in the yard. It needs to go to someone familiar with fixing mowers!
