Fringed Wattle Acacia fimbriata x 4 DICKSON

The closest naturally-occurring population of this species occurs on steep, rocky slopes above the Shoalhaven River, so it can cope with very little water, and intense insolation. Ideal for the coming summer.

It grows (quickly) to about 2–3.5 m in Canberra. Galahs and Sulphur-Crested Cockatoos love the young seeds, and it may be that Superb Parrots too come to see them as a food source.
