The sofa is heavy and in fair shape with some surface scratches and stains and with one hole about 1 inch long. The surface condition looks good or bad depending on the light, but there is only the one actual hole. It measures just over 7 feet in length, and about 34 inches high and 34 inches deep with the footrests down. It has functional footrests on both ends and is comfortable to sit on.
I can't move it, so you would need to be able to get it out of the front room of my house and down about 5 steps to the front yard/driveway.
