Faulty Kodak Printer and 8 ink cartridges (Harlington UB3)

Kodak ESP 3250 All in One Printer (Faulty) with lots of spare ink cartridges.
The printer has developed a fault and is no longer working, see picture with fault description, maybe useful for spares, or for someone with skills to repair.
Spare unopened ink cartridges as follows: 1 Kodak 10B black ink cartidge, 2 Kodak 10C colour ink cartridges, 1 Kodak 10CLR equivalent colour ink cartidge and 4 KD-10XLBK equivalent black ink cartridges. Had these a while, but as they are all still sealed in packets they should work.
There is also a black and colour cartridge in the printer if you can get it working.
