Hydrangea 'cuttings' in need of TLC (Malvern WR14)

For about four years, this poor hydrangea plant has languished in a very unsuitable part of the garden. It has just been liberated and pruned, and divided into four. Although it looks woody and on its last legs, there are buds on each section so there's still life in it. Please will someone give them a new home - they're lovely plants when in bloom and I'm assured that if planted now, they won't need much attention over winter.
If interested, please let me know when you could pick them up - thanks.
