rugs/ off cuts of carpets (Eastbourne/ hampden park)

Hi, I'm looking for any rugs or carpet that are no longer needed. My house has laminate flooring and as the winter weather is drawing in I need to find a way to insult it for the kids as my landlord refuses to carpet the house. any help would be greatly received. I don't drive so would ideally need to be local. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
