Old wooden windows (Belleville, IL)

Making a Christmas present for my fiancé and I need to get a few old wooden windows for it. Lead paint, broken panes, etc. aren’t a problem, I’m handy and I’ll work with whatever I can get. Included photo is the style I’m looking for (though the actual number of panes is irrelevant).
