Velvet rope and stands for opening (South San Francisco)

Does anyone have one of those velvet ropes (and the stands they are clipped to) that are typically outside of a night club that a bouncer opens and closes to let people in? Have a garage party for 9-year old birthday that am trying to make an exclusive event feel 🤪
