Max height is 31 inches like your kitchen countertops, it is not a standing-desk height unless you are short. Table top is fixed level and does not angle. Rollers work well. The plastic laminate top cracked and curled when something fell on it, so I peeled most of it off. Put a tablecloth on it and it's nice portable adjustable little table. Frame is steel, it's sturdy.
