Tall (and Pot-Bound) Flamingo Flower Plant (Pantymwyn CH7)

Can anyone rehome and rescue this Flamingo Flower Plant, please? It was originally given to me as a present but is now too tall (over 35 inches/90cm to the tallest leaf) and takes up too much space on my kitchen windowsill, and the poor thing also needs repotting. It likes a warm and bright spot but not in direct sunlight. Thanks!
