Damaged drum (Mt. Pleasant DC)

This is an Irish drum, called a bodhran, decorated with traditional Celtic designs. I bought it about 20 years ago in Dublin, but I failed to take care of the goatskin, and it split. It can still sort of be used - or made someone knows how to repair it, or would still like to have it as a showpiece. Porch pickup
