This vintage educational toy (circa 1955) is perfect for children ages 3-7 who love to spell and count. The board is made of a combination of wood and plastic, creating a durable toy that is sure to last for years to come. Its circular (approx. 9” diameter) shape adds a unique touch and makes it stand out among other vintage toys. There are 32 wooden tiles with alphabet on one side, and numbers, plus, minus, and equals sign on the reverse.
The toy is in great shape and has been well-maintained. There are no cracks in the plastic and the painted design is still clear and bright. Original box is also in very good condition – no tape, no broken corners, but it has a few bends / wrinkles, and a stray mark or two. Please look carefully at the photos; there are only 34 tiles, so there are not a lot of duplicate letters. (This item was previously gifted, but returned because recipient expected more duplicates.)
This toy would make a great Christmas gift for that young child in your life. The great condition also makes this a perfect gift for a collector of vintage and antique toys.
