Samsung smart watch (Wickford)

Hi everyone this is a massive long shot but I'm looking for a Samsung smart watch, recently changed back to android from iPhone but didn't think about not being able to connect my Iwatch to it, I have had 2 heart attacks and use the heart function a lot , if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated
