Small nylon sack that shows some signs of wear, esp on the velcro closure, designed with a strap and plastic clip so it can be worn as a purse/crossbody, or through belt loops as a waist pack. Roughly 7 inches wide and a little narrower, with one open pocket interior plus a smaller zippered pouch on the outside. Available for pickup at your convenience from the walkway near the intersection of Brandywine St NW and Reno Rd NW.
