Tools bag or Bike pannier bag - needs repaired (Causewayhead FK9)

Good quality bike pannier bag - unfortunately as you can see the little hooks that are supposed to hold it to the bike (circled in red) are broken. If you'd like to repair this bag or keep it for yourself for other purposes, such as a tool bag, you're welcome to pick it up. I'm also giving away some bike lights - some of them work, some need battery changed.
