Master Lock cracking skills (Downtown Wheaton)

I already emailed Masterlovk...they don't have combinations for these locks. I've watched lock picking lawyer and Jimmy Keys (or whatever his name is) and I cannot get this Masterlock open. It's on the handle of a child's bag...I want to save the lock and the bag for my daughter. Can anyone with legit skills help? Will meet at the Wheaton Police Station so you see it's legit.
