Aluminum Extension Ladder (Erin Mills)

I think it is 24' when extended. One of the end caps and one of the feet is broken off (see pictures). Porch pickup near Erin Mills Pkwy & Burnhamthorpe Rd. If you ask for this, please let me know approximately when you intend to pick up. Thanks
