Space Heater (Norbeck and Layhill Roads)

Intertek “Comfort Zone” digital space heater with mounting bracket. Brand New, but did not work out of the box. Replacement sent by manufacturer but they did not want the original returned. Handy person may be able to detect issue and repair. Did not want to just toss this!
