Typhoon Mens Drysuit large (Gomersal BD19)

This is typhoon men's drysuit for scuba diving in reasonable condition but there are two significant issues 1 the back zipper is seized open 2 the rubber wrist seals have both perished and need to be replaced.i was thinking maybe it would be useful for somebody to use as fishing waders as the bottom half below the chest is watertight. I am 5 foot 10 inches tall and they fitted me well.
