Power tools - plug in or dewalt (Congress Heights)

Figured I’d ask before spending money. I’m a newly single mom in a fixer upper house realizing I need basically everything tool wise, but especially a circular saw and an oscillating multitool. If you have any laying around that you’re not using, pls let me know!
