This is a ladder that can be adjusted to work on stairs, etc. - it doesn't just fold out into an upside down V shape. Pickup is NOT at the location mapped; it's 10 min (or less) away in Germantown on Madrigal Drive (we are clearing out an estate). If interested please message with a proposed pickup time: day/evening on Monday 2/19 or an evening pickup time during the rest of the week this week. We do not live at this house so pickup times must be specific. Thank you.
