Wheelchair (North Cemetery DL3)

Hi I am trying to find a wheelchair that'll fold and fit in the back of my car so I can take my dad out somewhere as he can't walk at the moment due to waiting on surgery on his leg I can collect and anything would be appreciated so long as it'll fold and fit in my car thanks so much for reading
