Armchair, manual footrest (Near Newtown)

This is not a recliner. Backrest not affected by raising footrest. Comfortable in both positions.
Footrest most easily raised by companion/carer, as it takes a little strength and determination from seated. Of course, the fit and the strong need to put their feet up too! Just pointing out that this is not suitable for an elderly solo person!
I had it second hand about 5 years ago, with the armrests predictably a little worn. It has been covered with a throw, in non-smoking home, and remains in pretty good, clean condition. Mechanics work smoothly and perfectly.
