BT TV Box (Seaton Sluice NE26)

Does anyone have a BT box fo rthe TV that I could borrow? I am having difficulties with mine (I can get the GUIDE up on screen, but no picture if I choos a channel). I think it is the box, but not too sure. Thank you for reading
