Small Framed Bike (Oakland CA)

Hello Neighbors,

Does anyone have a small framed bike, that can fit someone who is about 5'6, that they no longer use? If so, I would love to pick it up!!! I can even take two off of your hands, one for me and one for my bike-less friend.
