SSD drive for Apple Mac project (Clevedon BS21)

I will be attempting to resurrect an old Apple Mac computer currently with no hard drives as a Linux project. (Anyone done this? Advice appreciated!) I'm looking for a 2.5" SSD drive. I have a spare HDD but SSD will be much faster. Anything over 64gb to attempt install OS. Make/model/capacity not really important, as long as it's fully functional. Perhaps something removed following upgrade? Local to Clevedon would be great.
