Size 8/10 waterproof walking jacket (Great Baddow CM2)

A big ask but just wondered if someone has an unwanted waterproof hooded walking jacket? My daughter is due to do the Duke of Edinburgh award very soon and her jacket is not full waterproof Thanks for reading
