Only used a few times, I didn't find this one suited me (have an alternative now).
Two larger sections that velcro together with an adjustable flat strip in the middle - they're to support bump and back - and a separate smaller section which I think is to support back a bit more/prevent rolling onto back but I used between knees to try and aid hip alignment!
