We have an old Ginge 28 manual lawnmower, it's been in our attic for 30 years. Got it out and checked that it still spins when you push it (which it does! Oh how satisfying! A classic of 1960s mechanical kit). Nothing obviously wrong with it. However, we've not got it to successfully cut much grass. Maybe we just don't have the knack... If you think you could fettle it, you're welcome to have it.
