Philips Desktop PC with keyboard, mouse & Monitor. Needs TLC (Harborne B32)

Hi all, as you can see in the photos this is a Philips Core 2 Quad desktop tower pc that I was running for some years before putting it on the shelf and using a lap top instead. You can get the full spec on the net but it comes with 4 GB of memory and an NVidia graphics card. When last used it was running Windows 10 but as the hard drive was starting to fail so it was removed so you will need to fit another one. Also the internal DVD drive seemed to be playing up and you will need to fit a new button cell battery on the motherboard to retain the date and time information. It has a Wi-Fi card installed but at some point I have lost the aerial (as you can see I did try a piece of wire with limited success). The graphics card outputs on two old style HD sockets so it comes with a converter plug to standard VGA out. It comes with an old VGA AL1912 Acer LCD monitor, USB keyboard and a ps2 mouse.
