4.5V Mains Adaptor (Maidenhead SL6)

Hi Freeglers,

If would be extremely grateful if anybody can help me out with a 4.5V mains adapter, for powering a small electrical device instead of using batteries. Please see attached screenshot to give you an idea of what I need. Many thanks.
